well i have a program called Ulead Gif Animator that lets me resize gifs or add shit to them like letters (like ETHER in my av), you can use that or you can download a program that does that

or you can do it online on websites like this below

its pretty simple........or if you have photoshop on your computer you can use that or any paint/design editor type program

interesting..........that gif breaks the kb maximum

you got to make the gif on these standards:

[B]Note: The maximum size of your custom image has to be 500 by 100 pixels or 73.2 KB (whichever is smaller). [/B]

your width height is 390 x 120 and the kb is 102.96kb, so you got to make the sig 73.2kb

you can make the gif 500x100 or 400x100 and that should
