Can someone drop a tutorial on how to do this/other pen and pixel inspired artwork in photoshop? Thanks in advance

I respect the P&P homage, but this is whack + it's been done before. At least the song is dope as f-ck. Plus the animated .gif cover concept has been done before; I think PDA was one of the first to do it for rapper AC.

@Waverly: you're basically asking how to be corny and slap random sh-t together with little to no blending. There's really no skill in it, the style just happened to be the standard back then it was the hottest sh-t out.

^^ I see what you mean but there is def some talent involved in the P&P covers. I've been playing around with different filters and brushes and have gotten pretty good at replicating the "no limit" and "cash money" diamond font that P&P made popular. Some of the covers (the brother bear cover for example) are incredibly ridiculous and hilarious and for that you must pay homage to these guys. We shall disagree that there is "no skill" involved in the covers but I respect your opinion.
