To increase the number of people in your crew, you will need to have people sign up on Boxden using you as their referrer.

Note: you will not get an increase in your crew, until the person you referred is active. There are multiple checks such as activity, posts, and reputation that will need to meet the minumum requirements before they are added to your crew. This prevents the problem of dummy accounts increasing someones crew count.

Give the following link to new people you meet who dont have a Boxden account, and they will be added to your crew:

Once they sign up, the active ones will eventually be added to your crew.
