What exactly does a 'senior vp of AR' Do? (I know what A&r'ing is !!) but it seems like that just gave the nicca a fancy title,but he still answers to someone else.

thats not jeezy's fault, the artist has to make hissef/herself successful

jeezy has no say in what people want to hear

but he has gave his artist opportunity, bloodraw had his..he had a song on radio, he just ran out on jeezy though. just like some of the other members.

if its the same job sha money xl does then he helps sign rappers and oversee their albums. at least that is what sha money did with krit and 2 chainz
