I don't know how anybody could just up and forget Bone when making a claim like that. Did Drake really forget those cats(Bizzy especially), or does he question their success.

Reading the thread title, I thought bout Monch being one of the few cats who I think can legitimately rap and sing well. Tonedeff is another in that rare breed.

Neither of them gained mainstream success, so they don't factor into what he was saying. I'd throw in DMX as somewhat of a wild card. DUring certain parts of his delivery, his verses have a melody to it. he mixed singing and rapping together with his songs. Rule came along later and did the same, but still there has been nobody who really sounded like X.

Although DMX falls into the same category as Cee lo. wherein, his singing ability is questionable. You either like what he's bringing to the table, or you don't.
