they're different in that Wayne's !! is more punchline oriented than Gillie's is........Wayne's !! is more complicated than Gillie's is.......Wayne's flow is smoother than Gillie's is......

every example you gave was of a more talented rapper dumbing down their lyrics for somebody else......

in my opinion, Gillie would of had to change his style completely to have written !! for Wayne......that just doesn't make sense to me.........seeing how punchline rappers were kinda big at the time GDK claims to of been writing for Wanye, why wouldn't Gillie put those punches in his rhymes??? why wouldnt GDK make his flow smoother?? why wouldn't he have a more complicated rhyme scheme than he does???

it just doesn't add up to me.....
