like on one hand its dope for the sample lovers and inquiring minds alike

but for the people out there trying to sue cats for sampling it is basically dry snitching on everyone.

My point exactly, just like myspace and facebook, niccas are setting up there own FBI profiles for the government, thats why they paid more than
$1,000,000,000 to those teens for that social network, people willfully submit their privacy =
easy work done, just type in a name and bam!!! indictments out the[..] son.

Hip-Hop was based on sampling dude. Back when it was just starting out, people didn't have the funds to go buy a whole set of instruments so they had make it work.

Sampling is tight. I personally love it and yes, it does take creativity. Not everyone out there can just take a song and flip it to make it sound like something else. You need to have a good ear for it plus you need to add your own flair to the beat as well.

Sampling = Also makes other people curious about the original song, so that gives exposure to the original artist.

Music is music and if someone can flip a sample to make it sound fresh and good, then it's definitely acceptable.

A lot of beats are like that.. it's not bad thing, but producers who can actually take a sample, chop it up, and flip it into a new sounding beat are going to stand out more.

you can't incriminate yourself if you don't do imcriminating !! everything you do in life doesnt have to be uploaded to the internet via video,picture or status update
