Though between Royce and Elzhi its close.

Been in Detroit all my life and as a whole, aside from Slum Villiage/Elzhi, Eminem & Royce, Detroit rappers suck. Badly. I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but that Detroit "hood" rap is !!ing terrible.


...but this is a Classic

elzhi been the best out the d for the last few years...royce is up there, milk probably has the most talent with the crisp production and the dope rhymes. never heard of anyone on the list tho.
