T-Pain was on the air with Big Regg on 93.7. He spoke on where he’s been as of late, but more importantly his thoughts on Future’s breakout career. He sounds like he’s trying to insult him, but doesn’t want any problems. Anyways, hopefully T-Pain can get back up to Future’s current status with big records in 2013.

The man is in full hate mode because Future is takinng food out that n*gga mouth.
That Buggati joint 2 years ago would have been T-Pain on the hook.
Nobody is calling Tpain up for hooks no more. Everybody is trying to get a record with future.

I'm 100% sure Future records at the best studios money can buy and the engineers he works with know how to properly use autotune

maybe Future doesn't want to use it like T-Pain

I can tell ya'll never !!ed with autotune before.... Only producers (Justin Jones I see U) will understand what T-Pain meant.

i do. i like his regular raps better [pic]

he is hit or miss with his autotune stuff. he just knows how to write really good and come up with melodies. that is one reason why ciara latching on to him to save her career

but its working for him so i doubt he is stopping anytime soon

T-Pain knows how to play with autotune... he sings a bit flat and the correction algorithm does the magic.... Future sounds like he just sing his !! and they apply the effect randomly afterwards, disregarding the key of the song...

If you listen to Good Kush and Alchohol... U can tell they used melodyne instead of autotune on his voice.... and he sounds wayyyyy better

fam, Autotune isn't rocket science, once you have the right settings and set the proper song notation, all you have to do is sing.

I use the it all the time.

T-pain is salty or just trying to create buzz to get back in the music game.... only way this can work is if he comes with a different sounding hit or does a song with future (which i HIGHLY doubt). Now hes just sounding like a old head reminiscing.

and i hate when black hip hop artist brag on how much money they make in other genres of music.... sound like niccas trying to brag they on the porch vs in the field

the point is that T-Pain is talking like Future is recording himself and doesn't have a producer doing it for him. I'd lay some of the blame on the producers.

that's the exact same way I took it, even though our show-offism
is a part of our culture, it just came off as really snobbish on some, I'm making "real" money while they're getting chump change. all that is unnecessary but he's doing it because he's salty as hell and telling himself he isn't.

T-Pain is talented as hell, but don't !! on brothers coming up under you, embrace that !!, and if you feel like he's using it "wrong", hit him up and show him the "right" way.
