^This right here. I'm a big Royce fan, but his trademark so far has been his inability to make original songs, and he hasn't been that strong lately. "[rip] Is Certain" is average, not classic. "The Bar Exam", and "The Bar Exam 2 (Cutz That Didn't Make It)" are probably his best releases, but again that's mostly over other peoples beats. "Bad Meets Evil" was a letdown so was "Rock City", "Street Hop" and "Success Is Certain". All that being said he's still in my top 5 right now, but that's off potential alone. I might have to change that if the next Slaughterhouse album and solo don't impress.

I agree. after the Release of BE3 his bars havent been nearly as potent as they have been over the last few years. He was lethal starting around 07

I have, plenty of times. I own a hard copy, and bought it the day it dropped around 10 years a go. It's just a matter of opinion, like I said before I'm a fan. Do you think Kendrick's "Section 80" is a classic too?

It's a classic, album is sick great concepts, sick punchlines and the rhyme schemes he drops i haven't heard anyone else do since they way he wrote some of those bars are just !!ing unreal. Add that to the classic premo joint add that to the epic anger he had on there and yeah its a classic. Hip Hop at its best.
