Rihanna Says That She And Chris Brown "Love Each Other And We Probably Always Will"

Despite not being in a relationship with Chris Brown, Rihanna says the two will always have feelings for one another.

In 2009, Chris Brown brutally[..]aulted then-girlfriend Rihanna, leading fans of both artists worldwide to[..]ume that the two would never have any sort of relationship again. Not so, says the Def Jam starlet.

"We've been working on our friendship again," said Rihanna in an interview on Oprah Winfrey's "Oprah's Next Chapter" series. "Now we're very, very close friends. We built a trust again, and that's it." "We love each other, and we probably always will," added the Pop star. "That's not something you can shut off if you've ever been in love."

Rihanna was explicitly asked whether she was in a romantic relationship with Brown. "No. He's in a relationship of his own. I'm single. But we've maintained a close friendship since the restraining order's been dropped. We've just worked on it little by little. And it has not been easy. It's not easy."

"It's awkward. It's awkward because I still love him. My stomach drops. I have to maintain this poker face and not let it get to the outer part of me. I have to maintain that and suppress it." "I think he was the love of my life," said Rihanna of Brown.

She never wanted to persecute him in the first place. She was pressured to respond the way she did. You could tell that interview afterward was loosely scripted. She had to choose her words carefully in order to maintain her status.

Why do you think that as soon as the restraining order was dropped, she came running back?

Like I said from the gate, she was probably wrong for whatever she did to make him respond like that. But bcuz of his response, and as a professional entertainer, she had to respond a certain way in order to satisfy the blood thirsty masses.

Im all against any weak male species that inflict any physical violence to women that never try to fight you, nor antagonize you to do so. In the same breathe there are !!es (misidentifying themselves as women) who do like the violence & actually are turned on by domestic abuse….its disturbing. Its not just the physical abuse, it’s the self inflicted mental abuse & irrational logic that I’ve observed some women in.


Rhianna….(this sound like a perfect time for Paul Mooney to chime in with-DIVA “rhianna, rhianna, rhianna..) is detrimental to minority women, as she represents them from a media-standpoint. Caught some of the interview/answering she did with TMZ & believe it or not she is STILL defending mr. Brown. Yes, I believe in 2nd chances & to each their own to the fullest…..BUT….when you are considered a ‘mogul’, then more comes the responsibilities. She has failed miserably

-(before I bridge the gap, this happened last year) It was about 5 other dudes & me outside in a semi-secluded parking lot drinking waiting for the clubs to let out & for this chic to come thru with her friends so they could follow us. Club let out at 3 & we out there about 2:15 trying to get right before these chics press up. All the sudden its commotion out of no where & we surprised cause it’s a chic (& we all like DAMN she is secksY) that looked like she was talking to herself. We chessed the situation cause she was frantic in whatever she was saying as she sat on these steps by where like 10 cars were.

-Not even a good 2 minutes later we see some dude running towards her direction & he was with a lot of commotion himself. We drinking & getting uplifted so we really not trying to hear what they talking about so we can enjoy ourselves. They so loud tho, its hard not to notice her keep telling him “!! you !! nicca, don’t ever put ya hands on me again” repeatedly as she got louder & louder which each statement. About now, dude done already spotted us & now he embarrassed I guess cause he kept telling her in a low voice “stop talking so loud with all these people around” (usually !! abusers do). My mans was planning on rushing him soon as he saw dude confront chic. Me & my other homie said naah dont something aint right, besides we in predominately white area & everybody (including the chic & her abuser dude) was a minority so we all would be locked up, so lets not do it unless homie do something while we here.

--So 10 minutes into all this I guess she came out with her girl friend cause she came rushing down like whats wrong, whats wrong. So then the chic (who was sitting on steps) tells her: “naah !! him, he drug me out the club by my hair & beat my head on a wall & slapped me, !! him” “I’m tired of him putting his hands on me”….meanwhile homie really embarrassed, they car was over there where she was sitting at & he went in started the engine & tells her “!!, get in the car”. Unbelievably her friend said “c’mon get in the car, its gonna be ok, lets just go”. Chic from the stairs was like “nope. !! HIM. Im done with this !!, im not going no where”. Her friend hop in the car tho & they drive off like this !! is a damn movie.


---Some of my dudes was still plotting to approach chic but I was still advising not to. Something still wasn’t adding up & I’ve seen these type of scenes in the hood too much. No doubt, about 5 minutes of her out there crying alone---the car pulls back up & he again says “!!, get in the car”. Her friend in the amen choir again says “it’ll be alright, he want hurt you. Finally, she obliged & off in the wind she went.

As I’ve observed thru the last several years, I found out that there are a good percentage of females who really want & thrive off of domestic abuse just like how they do their drama. I was gonna speak on Chad Johnson situation (via the Drama Fakeality TV realm, that so many religiously watch & think they’re starring in their own show) in regards to this too but didn’t expect to even write this much.

I’ve got more as far as expounding on my thoughts, but I’ve noveled this out too long. Just opened to what others think, if they have any personal stories, or how they see this issue…
