To sit there and sign artist when you aren't even doing anything with the ones you already have on your roster is stupid, and Ross really should be looking in his own backyard for talent before outsourcing the job to out of towners.

Miami has some talented artists and Ross is neglecting the !! out of them. He started MMG Latino with some of dopest rappers from here and has anyone heard anything from them since? Hell no.
