MTV dubbed him the "Hottest MC In The Game", some dudes compare him to BIGGIE, others wont listen to him cause had been exposed as a Correctional Officer and a fraud. Hate him or Love him you cant escape him. Ross is featured in a different rap magazine every month and is featured on many prominent artists albums.

Alot of people called the January release "Rich Forever" cla#sic, so lets get into "God Forgives I Dont"

1. "Pray For Us" - Simple Intro, i was really excited to see Harry Fraud on the production list but unfortunately for us its just a minute long intro.

2. "Pirates" - This joint has that "High Definition" feel. The horns are dope. Ross has never been a lyricist, but he held his own and his flow on this is on point. This song has a driving down the highway smoking a blunt type feel. Nice track. 4/5

3. "3 Kings" - [pic] at Dre mimicking Ross's flow so blatantly. This song was a huge dissapointment. How the !! you gonna not produce this track Dre? beat was flat as hell, sounded like a whack "Lord Knows". Jays verse was hot garbage as well. "niccas couldnt !! with my daughters room" *yawns, and what the !! was going on with his flow? This track was a MAJOR let down. [pic] 2.5/5

4. "Ashamed" - DAMN. this sample is !!ing amazing. Ross came correct on this, dope concept. This beat has got that summer night feel. This might be one of my favorite Ross tracks of all time, its definitely one of the best songs on the album. 5/5

5. "Maybach Music IV" - Amazing beat, on some cinematic !!. "Get a blowjob have a seizure on the lair" [pic]. Neyo held his own on the hook. 4/5

6. "Sixteen" - Tied for best song on the album. 3 Stacks had one of the best verses of the year. I played this !! 7 times in a row so i could catch everything he was saying. God damn we need a 3 stacks solo album... This song is pretty much 3 Stacks Feat Ross, Ross did his thing too though. 5/5

7. Amsterdam - Who is this chick on this joint? Smooth beat, Ross doesnt really say much about anything on this. After a couple of listens track doesnt have a lot of replay value, average Ross track. 3/5

8. "Hold Me Back" (BMF Pt. 15) - This track is trash, Hook is trash, lyrics are trash, this style of beat is played out. One of the weakest songs on the album 1.5/5

9. "911" - Same damn "BMF" formula. Beat is still hard though, !! BANGS in the whip. 3/5

10. "So Sophisticated" - One of the hottest songs of the summer. Beat bumps hella hard easily one of the best whip songs of the year, Ross steps his game lyrically on this. Every time i hear the "we know you !!, so you got my niccas masturbated" line i still get the [pic] face. Meek Millz charisma on this made me want to check him out. I thought this was a great choice for the single this song had me anticipating the album. 5/5

11. "Presidential" - Smooth Jazz influenced track. this Elijah Blake character came correct on the hook. Ross actually stuck to the subject at which is rare. 3.5/5

12. "Ice Cold" - Pretty Decent Hoe Song, Omarion k#lled the chorus, the drums on this beat are hot. 3/5

13. "Touch N You" - "Tatt Tatt tatt it up" [pic] I know this is a song for the !!es but this !! is just whack, beat gave me a headache. Ross is on some Drake type simp !! on this song. 2/5

14. "Diced Pinapples" - This song screams Estrogen. I just cant take Wale seriously dude is so whack on that talking[..] intro. Beat nice, Drake still croons like a wimp masturbating for the first time though. 2/5

15. "Ten Jesus Pieces" - Great Song. Another epic cinematic type beat. Ross does good lyrically on this and actually touches on some dark subject matter instead of his continuous usual brag rap. Chorus is hot too. 4.5/5

16. Triple Beam Dreams" - We have already est@blished this is one of the best songs of the year. Nas proves to us once again why he is the GOAT. The additional adjustments to the beat are nice. 5/5

17. "Rich Forever"
- John Legend blesses the chorus and Ross gets a little personal. The Piano is sick and the part when the beat comes in is hot. 4/5

All in all this was a solid album. Ross is very repetitve with his sound, but at least he has mastered it. In the future i think Ross should work on getting a little more personal and expanding his subject matter. If he wants to be considered a legend he has to stop making the same 4-5 songs over and over again. I can say this though, all of Ross Albums sound like a movie, and "God Forgives I Dont" definitely added a few songs to his Greatest Hits with this album.

Album = 3.43/5

Reviews on point though i disagree with a couple songs...
I gave it about a 6.5-7 so we got about the same rating.

The album fell off at Hold Me Back for the most part and TBD was the best song along with pirates.

Diced pineapples is too good for anything for anyone to give that song a low score just means they don't know music and have to expand there mind in order to make a review about an album

dre didnt mimic ross flow, ross wrote his verse [pic]
damn hov was so bad on that song, had a couple hot lines but thats it
people overrated everything 3 stacks says nowadays (and this is coming from someone who thinks outkast is the greatest group ever)
amsterdam is my !!
and wale wasnt doing the "talking intro !!" he was spitting poetry, i have listened to that song 1.5 times, you do feel like you need a tampon listening to it
people overrate that nas verse imo, we've heard it before

i have a hard time getting past "so sophisticated" when it comes to the album, it goes way downhill after that imo
