Better at what? Strickly rapping? Making music? Mase was always a better bar for bar rapper than Cam. However, Mase failed miserably at making albums. One decent album and the rest straight terrible.

Big L droped an album in 1994 and it floped started rapping with Mase and cam and them niccaz got deals and droped albums while big L was recycling freestyles For 5 years before he got k!lled

Stop homie nobody in Harlem even believes that and I live here for my whole adult life

he made Double Up when he didn't even want to rap anymore and welcome back was some positive shyt puff made him do because he didn't want him to try Murda Ma$e.

those two are the only other albums he's had

but still Harlem World >> Anything Cam has ever done.

and alot of people on here consider it a classic so I dunno how he failed "miserably" at making albums.
