You cop something of high value and pay it back off in small chunks, it's less of a blow to ur income because u have money to invest somewhere else and also keeps the taxman off ur back

I'm not familiar with Nas situation, maybe he copped the crib with Kelis. I don't know how many properties he has, i'm sure he has a few up and down the country, but defulting on payments is never a good thing, but sometimes if u simply dont see the benefit of keeping it then best to let it go. He should have rented it out though, i dont see why anyone would let a property sit empty.

no thats how much the hows fetched at auction,it was worth over 500k at the time of purchased but isnt worth the same value due to the economy and the state of the real estate market
