I look at battle rappers as only being good as their last performance and I think that's the smartest way to look at them when it comes to setting up battles and booking them. Lux's last performance was literally artful, Mook's last performance k!lled the fu*king crowd.
I don't really want to see legends having rematches. We saw what that sh*t got us last year at SM2. I rather see legends vs younger dudes. That's how Summer Madness should be set up. If you had Hitman Holla vs Murda Mook last year and Hitman gave that same performance that he gave JJDD then Hitman holla would be a bigger name and more people would pay to see him battle through out the year.
That's the best way to look at things from a business sense. You gotta have legends around but some of them need to be beat by younger dudes on a big stage so that they can get their name out there and it keeps URL fresh.
Some names I'd like to see at SM3:
Lux, Hitman Holla, DNA, K-Shine, Dose, Math, Pat Stay, Shotgun Suge, Dizaster, Bigg K, JJDA, Tsu Surf, Conceited, Verb, Swave Sevah, Big T, JC, Bill Collector and Arsonal
Mook washed up bars are not needed to have a nice show
