niccas live in their mothers crib payed for by section 8 and DSS talking about this sht ain't worth 4 million. The 1 key to the price of an estate is location, 2nd is view, etc.

Just look at where this house is located... It's in the Hollywood hills with a great view over the city! The only think lacking with this property is its curb appeal... It's not inviting which could be a plus or minus depending on the prospect!
