There is nothing wrong with Nas production (outside of nastradomas and street disciple) the beats he rap on fits his style and content I never understood the big gripe with Nas beat selection it is the most overblown flaw about Nas

Anyway there isn't any song that is better than fried chicken, sly fox, y'all my ******s, untitled, Slave and master

Even though Worlds an addiction, daughters and black roses come close

Im Not looking for Nas to make another illmatic

Life is good is an Nas album that just fits the time of 2012 especially with his life changes but honestly loses replay value after 2 months and that's being generous

Untitled is a head of its time and yes it didn't hit me as hard as life is good did at first but the more you listen to it and the more you realize the situation the world is in the album is genious.

But that's just my opinion I can't believe how this album (untitled) gets overlooked so much even by Nas fans

Production is more than just beats that knock to me so untitled had better production IMO

I do agree though that Untitled is underrated as hell.

i feel that way with most of joe budden's music. i know he is a good rapper and all but most of his sh!t i can only listen to it once or twice then be done with it [pic]

I do agree that overall GKMC is the better album but I after I played the !! out of GKMC, i went back to LIG and realized even more how good that !! was. Album is just so raw. The beats, the cohesive sound, the bonus tracks, Nas delivery, etc

They're both great albums though, GKMC is a classic and LIFE IS GOOD will be considered another Nas classic in the long run.

If you got tired of LIG and thought the replay value wasnt there like that and haven't played it in a long time, just go back to it, you'll see.

I say it's his third best album behind Illmatic & It Was Written

Only reason I put it over Stillmatic is because it's more consistent. The production and song arrangement

but Stillmatic has more memorable songs. Intro, You're Da Man, Rewind, Ether, What Goes Around

God's Son has more memorable songs too. Album is underrated

Me personally, I cant answer that honestly but ill say nope.

Most of Nas albums appeal to me differently so its hard for me compare certain albums against others.

A lot of ppl dont like I Am, I do agree its a little all over the place track wise, I think that sh!t is great. Had some dope features, Face and X. The story telling on the album though...some of the best.

I love Untitled as a concept album. I mean who else can make a song called fried chicken and that joint turn out fantastic [pic]

I could go on and on etc. but I agree with what Lmac said, LIG is most def a grown man album. While I can replay some of the songs its no where near the replay from his past albums.
