He was about to play the 12-12-12 Charity Concert with HBO to help with victims of the Hurricane Sandy. It seems sources close to the Kanye Kardashian circus are reporting that the "dress" that Kanye had on was actually Kim's dress. This is all very weird, but we will keep you updated with the story.
