Part 2 is nowhere near as nice as Part 1 so this should be expected. He should have just released them at the same time

He didn't really promote pt 2. He was on tour with jay-z during the summer and also prepping for his solo world tour. Plus take back the night wasn't all that poppin.

I was guessing around 500K but 325 isn't bad. I'm sure it'll pick up once tko vid drops. If not who cares. This was just left over tracks from the 20/20 sessions. Its not like he put much effort into pt 2. Just something to give the fans after such a long hiatus.

I barely saw any promo for this, promo for the first one was everywhere plus it was JT coming off a 7 year hiatus.

Doesn't matter if he promoted it or not. Its a ####ing pt. 2 to an album that did extremely well already .

It just goes to show how strong & thirsty his fan base is

They were left over tracks. Almost all the songs were recorded summer of 2012.

3) The allure of "Justin Timberlake hasn't dropped a new album in 7 years" is gone.

4) They're not going as heavy on the marketing on this one (ie. No Grammy's performance, No SNL, No Jimmy Fallon, they've scaled back the Budweiser campaign). They're pretty much putting this one out there with as little marketing as they can get away with.

Album is gonna sell well. Just not as well as the first one.

Its $15 at the most for the CD. Its not asking people to spend $100
