I'm glad they came at least kinda hard with the a capellas on Survival Tactics, they relied on it a little too much on one track for me though...

Man I been hearing alot about this kid...heard a couple joints from him a lil while back...I definitely !!s with him

More a capella !! on Snakes & it wasn't as good this time. Hope he doesn't keep doin this on the way out. Some of these beats are puttin me back to sleep too...

Not listening to that 12 minute track, I've heard enough. Dude's got potential, but this isn't the best mixtape of the year by any means. Joey has a nice subject matter range & you can hear influences loud & clear on his tracks (Pac on Waves, k#lluminati ; Jay on Pennyroyal just to name a few). At times though like I said earlier he just strings multis together to rhyme. Some of the beats overpowered him, I'd like to see a more consistent mic presence from him. The features were decent too for the most part.

Not a bad tape but it's not really my flavor of hip hop instrumentally. Lyrically it's above average, nothing blew my mind though...

he might have nice lyrics and delivery but it takes more than that to be a complete rapper
