RapUp spoke with J. Cole on his humble beginnings as a bill collector to becoming the first artist signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label. Jermaine reveals he was working as a lowly Bill Collector in NY before being the 1st draft pick to the house that Hov built, he also says he wrote his name on the credits of the American Gangster album.
