They don't get paid by BET much, you have to realize they are replaceable, just like Free and AJ were, not to mention, they don't have any(or much) experience as TV Host, and they aren't specialized like say those on CNN, MSNBC, etc, simply entertainment. The benefits they get, plus sponsorship to wear certain clothes, etc they probably do get somewhere in the neighborhood of 85-100K at the end, but the average salary for a talk show host is around 65k. BET isn't going to give them 500K to do 106(which rates have steadily declined), nor do they have the money to just give Terrence and Rosci, they aren't anybody special to begin with.

As of January 2010, the average annual salary for TV show hosts is $64,000; average annual TV show host salaries vary greatly on location, employer, education, experience, and benefits

Hahaha it shows a lot I would say they make about 100k a year but that is just base salary there has to be a ton of perks that come with the job.
