Obviously, this is an historic speech and he is not talking about Trayvon Martin specifically...but he could have given this speech about Trayvon or Oscar Grant or Sean Bell or Amadou Diallo or any of the other victims of the sickness that plagues White America called racism. The (part-Hispanic) Zimmerman who hunted Trayvon Martin even when he was told by the police NOT to follow him, and the police who have failed to charge Zimmerman with murk clearly demonstrate that the racism Malcolm X was addressing 50 years ago is still with us today.
