Joe Budden has no career, al he does is !! about other rappers. he needs to get out of other rappers business and worry about his own. no wonder he hasnt had a hit song since 2003. Mcdonalds is hiring in the mean time.

His career/life is probably worth more than yours...and a lot of other underground rappers.

The fact remains, Joe Budden knows how to keep his name active in this !!y era of rap music & still manages to produce cla#sic introspective mixtapes, without succumbing to what the stereo/radio hypes.

Promoters are still hollering and paying him to do live performances in North America, and works with some of raps heavyweights.
I'm sure he is living fairly comfortably in a nice crib & a nice whip...whilst !!ing some bad-a#s !!es!

His music isn't for everyone, but if you really can relate to moods & feelings within this complexed depressing world...you would surely recognise that Joe Budden is a genius with painting pictures & emotions with his words/rap skills.

These days most people listening to rap music get more hyped over beats & the image portrayed.
These few years, artist have been making !!ty music only because they feel they need to keep current & jump on the 'trend' bangwagon...when in fact, half the time it really is poor quality music that gets accepted because it's popularised.

In that case, i appreciate even more for Joe Budden sticking around and keeping !! real with his music!

But why does his life and music have to be reduced to that? Better yet, why is that a reason of like for him? He should be respected for his craft, not money or women. Because that didn't make the artist.

With all the hate for Joe Budden, it just shows how relevant he still is.

I find it amazing that he hasn't had a radio hit since Pump It Up in 03 and its 2011 and people STILL talk about him. He must be doing something right to have his name mentioned so much here.

When was the last time someone mentioned J Kwonn?

I love how people toss out the word hate. Joey isn't Soulja Boy. I don't think many people hate him. It ain't even about his music. It's his life. Hes a great artist but as a person hes a major !! up and people find it funny. That's all it is. Dude takes L's in real life but stays relevant because he makes good music. If his music sucked these threads wouldn't exist because no one would give a !!. !!'s funny because hes a talented !! up. It's like the whole Nas lost !!.

besides the ransom and raekwon incident I dont see too many other things that haters could stretch and put a spin on in order to constitute him being a "!! up" in life. dude makes pretty decent money rapping for a living, doesn't have to get up M-F to a 9-5, we both know 99.9% of BX would trade their lives (and probably take a couple others) in order to live his life.

So like you said, putting the music aside, he has a nice crib, nice car, bad chicks in and out, and still is able to tour, all this while in a recession, I'm really having a hard time seeing how ppl can say he is a "!! up" in life. [pic]

I actually think it's the opposite, dude has a great life compared to a hater's favorite indie/backpack rapper and is able to stay relevant with a faithful fanbase by staying true to his craft, I really think it's because his life is decent and peachy compared to alot of these other artists that ppl hate on him and want to call him a "bum".
