2pac over nas but ether over hit em up. Hit em up had a lot more shock value but ether was so personal and specific that made it relentless. Plus the the term you got ether'd is thrown out more than that guy got hit up.

Both tracks got good opening lines and much aggression through the songs, the Outlawz ruined it a bit tho. And he should kept the Jay-z, lil cease line on the track

Pac was able to do the damage he did on dat track wit like 10 bars homie, imagine he made a three verse solo to that !!. woulda been a f*ckin wrap.

also hussein fatal merked it tho, not all of the outlawz were good, but his opening line...

"Get out the way yo, get out the way yo, Biggie smalls just got dropped" had me dyin when i heard it lol. and Kadafi went in too, "all u fake east coast props brain stormed n locked"

n Nas went the f*ck in on Ether, god damn that was an[..]ault. its a close call, Nas just had 100 more bars then Pac which give him the advantage.
