Game Hit With Lawsuit Over Mixtape Beat For "Skate On" Track Off Of The California Republic Mixtape

Game may head to court soon over a beat from his "California Republic" mixtape.

It looks like Mac Miller isn't the only one feeling the wrath of the legal system. Now, AllHipHop reports that Game was recently hit with a lawsuit over a mixtape beat.

Producer Infamous alleges that he gave the California rapper a beat in 2010 to decide whether he wanted to use it on a project. Apparently, the producer never heard back from Game about the track and it was used without his consent as "Skate On" on his California Republic mixtape.

Infamous also says that he attempted to get into contact with Game via a letter, but that the Compton emcee never responded. He is seeking $100,000 compensation in the suit.

This isn't the first time Game's headed to court over a mixtape beat. Last year, RZA filed suit against the emcee over the song "Heartbreak" from his Purp & Patron mixtape.

Ok infamos has seen some paper from this rap shut so he might be able to lawyer up for this !! and get his money

Game might have !!ed up by giving himself that fake platinum plaque for the mixtape

just checked the back cover to make sure he covered his self and he didn't word to the wise

"for promotional use only" goes a long way on the legal side ...ie it prevent pointless legal battles like this
