Lol he first dissed Budden on Twitter, after listening to the Breakfast Club interview with Slaughterhouse. Joe said he can rap better than rappers in NY. Donny Goines took offense, likening him to Lil Wayne. He must not know that Joe was born and raised in NY. He practically lived half his life in NY, before moving to Jerz.

And why's Goines trying to sound smooth on a diss track? Only Snoop got away with that.
