X fell off too hard for me after the first 2.5 albums

It's Dark & Hell is Hot is an absolute cla#sic....my #1 hip-hop album of all-time...timeless and should be in any hip-hop heads Top 10 of all-time AT LEAST

Flesh of My Flesh was a great follow-up....but then !! started gettin ugly on ...And Then There Was X

Therefore..I don't have much faith that this album will be anything more than the redundant material he's been putting out for the last 10 years...and not the raw emotional music he used to make

Fingers crossed hoping I'm surprised with the final product...[pic]

dmx is one of my all time favorite rappers but my expectations are super low for this

the song with machine gun kelly being on there is making me lower expectations even more.. that song sounded like raw[..]

And Then There Was X and Great Depression are nowhere near as bad as people make them out to be. Neither were great albums, but they were still better than a lot of the garbage coming out nowadays.

And Then There Was X was crack, what you mean ? It was the last really good album from X in his prime. Production and vibe wasn't as dark as his first 2 but there's plenty strong moments on there.

Great Depression I can understand the argument for, but even that wasn't that bad. Singles were on point (We Right Here, I Miss You, Who We Be). Grand Champ is still underrated as !!

Only really weak/average album X dropped was Year Of The Dog again
