nicca, he is African! His father is blacker than last night (see Cocaine City 4). So unless you got a rule that mixed kids cant say it Jim Jones and Big Noyd will continue with the racial epitaphs

Yeah but you dont know his full heritage, granted he could be only he's part Arab or Berber. But honestly I could care less.

The problem is black people will say nicca to whoever they want to then wanna catch feelings when someone says it back.WTF?????????? Hell no I aint trying to hear it out no white persons mouth but if you spanish, indian, african best beleive them white people is call u a nicca anyway!

I mean I see it time after time where a black person will be talkin to a white person and 20 out of a 35 word conversation its "nicca this, nicca that"

If you don't want non-blacks saying the word than stop !!in sayin it around them all the !!in time,

Actually, it is commonly understood among most urban blacks that Puerto Ricans and Dominicans (or any mixture of the two), born and raised in NYC, reserve full rights to usage of the word. We grew up saying it to EVERYONE (regardless of color), and everyone saying it right back to us...it was never considered racist [pic]
