G.O.O.D. Music's Big Sean recently talked about his signature "Supa Dupa" flow and how he has taken the high road rather than slam other artists for snatching up the trend.

While most known for its usage by Young Money's Drake, Sean said the non-formal co-signs only motivates him.

People most certainly want to rap like Sean. Late last year, Drake credited Sean's song "Supa Dupa," from the 2009 mixtape "U Know Big Sean: Finally Famous Vol. 2," as the inspiration for his now signature rap style of broken similes (punch lines with the words "like" or "as" removed), a flow West would later term "hashtag rap." "People always ask me, 'Are you mad that everybody took that style or that you didn't get the credit due?' " Sean says. "But I feel like that just goes to show me how far I can go in the rap game. I ain't even put an album out yet and I already made history." (Billboard)

Confident in his own style, Big Sean recently told SOHH he would include himself in our Top 5 Dead or Alive challenge.

"Big Sean goes in there because I'm my favorite rapper. H*ll yeah. I'm deserving of being in the Hall of Fame because I changed hip-hop with a rap star before even dropping my first album. Everybody in the game you can think from Lil Wayne to Drake were influenced [by me]. They borrowed my style, [and] it showed me how far I can go in this rap game. I'm only 22." (SOHH's Top 5 D.O.A.)

In March, Sean reacted to Drake citing Ludacris for using his signature flow.

"With the super duper flow, I created that one word rhyme style," Big Sean said in an interview. "Drake really made it more popular, but Drake gave me the credit and was like, 'I really got that from Big Sean.' I think some artists just did it so wack man. Every time I say names I get in trouble and it's like I'm dissing, but some people used it wack. If he said Ludacris used it wack, hey. Don't get it wrong I'm not trying to dis Ludacris or nothing. He's a great MC. But even though that style got so overused, there was a lot of people who did it great and there was a lot of people who didn't do it so great. People always ask me was you mad that people took that style from you. I'm like, 'Nah, that went and shows me how far I can go as an artist.' I feel like I changed hip-hop. I haven't even dropped an album yet. So that goes to show me how powerful my mind is.'" (RapFix)

Recently, Kanye West said Sean has the potential to become rap's Beyonce.

Last night, Big Sean hosted a private listening at The Standard Hotel (NYC) for his G.O.O.D. Music debut, Finally Famous. After the music was played, Kanye stepped onto the stage and said a few endearing words about his artist. "Big Sean story is one of the most amazing ever because he literally got signed off of a freestyle, to now...having the potential to be one of the biggest artists in the world...What Beyonce is to R-n-B...Big Sean can be to rap.....And I apologize for being late, I had a Throne to watch." (VIBE)

That's true on what he is saying though. Drake been admitted that he took that rhyme scheme from Big Sean. However, as far as being in history or top 5, I still know many people that don't even know who big Sean is. Dude, got talent though. But he needs to increase in his rap topics. As funny as his jokes and punchlines are about ducking females and stealing niccas women, that's all he been rapping on his album.

FF3 WAS MY !! THOUGH.
