Well, maybe Def Jam is actually one of the few labels that realizes that it's not 2002 anymore and plan on helping him build his career the grassroots way. Kinda like what Warner Bros is doing with Curren$y

the only artist im seeing def jam really pushing within the next few months is nas(already on the nfl draft),good album(assuming its on def jam), rick ross and 2 chainz

it took j.cole's workout song to be a top 10 hit and his female fan base(which he does have) for him to do as good as he did. if krit does more than 60k 1st week i would be very surprised
