Couple of things

To the dude that DOESN'T think it's creepy to imagine what a 1-year-old will look like at 18, for secksual purposes.... well.... you're a bad person.

To the idiots that don't understand what a surrogate is... Jay and Beyonce, if they used a surrogate, would have combined their sperm/eggs, and implanted the fertilized egg into another woman. So it would have been Jay and Beyonce's biological kid regardless of whether or not Beyonce carried the child.
