Ghostface is probably #1 to me, can't believe he wasn't mentioned. I was tripping on acid one day and we were listening to a Wu Tang tape, and when Ghost came on I started having some sort of revelation like that voice was just the true essence of Hip Hop... may have took it a lil far but still to this day that is the best voice in the history of rap to me.

Also: Pac, DOOM, Biggie, Pimp C, Eminem, RZA (even though a lot of ya'll underrate him), few more.
