driving with alcohol in your system is still "impaired driving" whether oberying all rules of the road or not. I thought I was a good driver after having a few too until one time on the freeway, I musta had some loss of thought or something, I started to veer into the right shoulder. Luckily my boy was with me and yelled at me to keep the whip straight. I was doing the speed limit and everything. A split second is all it takes to injure or !! and/or others.
