Some of you youngins may not remember this but Tupac had haters like 50 Cent has haters. But since it's not a cool thing to hate on a dead man... you know the rest.

As far as the popularity and sales go- 50 Cent is more popular than Pac was at 2 albums deep.

The success Pac had was partially due to him getting shot, going to jail and the over-publicized beef he had. He became more successful when he sold out a bit with All Eyez On Me (Suge told him to do it haha). Half of his sales come from albums released after his [rip]. hmmm

I'm not saying they are the same person, I think they are completely different but as far as hype and popularity goes, they are both similar.

Pac spits for the people. 50 spits for himself (whatever it takes to make money for himself). 50 cent ain't even close, at least Pac had beef for a reason. Why was 50 attacking Nas, Nas's wife, Fat Joe, or even his cousin whoever he is, just for money and publicity. No matter how much trouble Pac got into I rather that he represent hip hop than 50 cent who is just about the money. !! a 50 cent, haters u can come on with the come on. I'm ready.

iight not comparing 50 and 2pac lyrically cuz we all kno 2pac is wayyyyyy betta then 50 in that catgorey but over all populairly 50 is going to beat pac just becuz of the fact that we are now in a tyme where hip hop is almost eveything like i said so many tymez be4 the clothing we where they way we tlk and act eveything is almost based off hip hop and evey1 and there mom knowz 50 cent go ahead go down the street to the white kid that listens to techo music he even knows who 50 cent is and he know how much times he got shot , yo he might even know the hook to one his songs - prop me if u like what im preechin- -holla at ya boi- [pic]

once you hit the white fan base ur set (white ppl are the majority in america so they buy records the most) such as all the rappers now a days including 50 cent. there was white fan base 9 years ago but not as much and in 2005. so any can sell more records than 2pac but dont mean there the best or a legend

2pac is a legand for his lyrical mastery ( and NO one can get to his level or surpass it)

50 is only popular by white demand

i know in 5 years ill still be listening to pac

i doubt ill be listening to 50 cent
