Negative...he was speaking on Chronic:2 "Papa Got A Brand New Bag" which was clearly never released.

Dre had grown tired of the same antics that ultimately led to the collapse of [rip] Row which also led to the demise of Pac himself.

Back then Suge went too crazy and was more concerned about the reputation of himself and [rip] Row in the streets than he was about the quality of the music that he was releasing.

Not to mention the fact that Pac and Snoop were getting in to it around this same time span, Pac and Snoop were not nearly as potent on [rip] Row without Dre over seeing the music, even tracks he didn't produce were still hand picked and given the green light by Dre.

Bottom line, Dre is a perfectionist and this will never change...when he's starving or got a point to make he can make history, when he's not motivated he makes music that shows his lack of motivation.

Dre aint working on !! ...if Detox was to come out it would be 10 songs + tracks already released
