nicca, even in ny, still don't see them like that....be on some really humble !! or at a party or at a college or something...everyday on the street say in queens??? nah. you might bump into a shorty on the train, once in a blue but coming from a dude that LOOKS, been on the subway for decade and all over the city, it's not that prevalent. they are there though.
