poor children, these families use food to shut there children up no doubt about it, while the parents eat there adult feelings away, you look at any really really fat kid and you kno there parents suck, straight up,
my son is 6 and looks brolick like he works out, any stranger can guess what i do with my son/ partner in crime ;), we work out ofcourse, run, play ball, run some more

wish more parents cared more about there kids then they do about themselves....
or is the problem that alot of parents cant even care enough for themselves so how can they care for there child?

also......eating fast food alot means you're too lazy to cook your own meals at home,
big portions means you forgot that you just need to eat to survive and live, and instead are now eating for sport/recreation lol

get a hobby and do something, get in motion, !! smoke some weed instead of eating it helps,
ignor the munchies and you good
