i was going down the highway once and some !! !!s slammed on their brakes hoping to get the car in front of me to hit them but i ended up hitting the car in front of me. i was so !!ing pissed.

It is always the rear car's fault because the driver of that car chose to drive so close to the car in front to cause an accident, in the case of immediate braking or a collision the car in front is suddenly involved in. If you remember taking your driver's license course the safe distance to drive is 2 seconds behind the front car, or more. If you drive less than that, it will be your fault if you hit someone pretty much because you won't have enough time to react.
