some indian guy at my gym today was wearing spandex b00ty shorts I think.... hes the only one I've ever seen wearing something like that @ the gym thats not female. Had hairy[..] legs too, man, someones gotto tell him about that !!

I seen something before that said screaming does in fact give you a rush of strength....don't know if that was proven fact or not though.

#7 I hear every now and then at my gym lol..so loud everyone has to turn back if the guys okay..then everybody pretends nothing is going on lol..just the actions the whole crowd makes make laugh.
