Millau Viaduct in France

Tallest bridge in the world with one mast's summit at 343.0 metres (1,125 ft) above the base of the structure. It is the 12th highest bridge deck in the world, being 270 metres (890 ft) between the road deck and the ground below. The viaduct is part of the A75-A71 autoroute axis from Paris to Montpellier. Construction cost was approximately €400 million.

I went to the Hoover dam one in February. That !! is high as !!. The dam as it is is really high and the bridge sits another 300 feet above it

not true , i wouldn't be surprised if lot of these bridges were built by american firms.. its just that america already has a infrastructure in place, and most of these places are developing countries with economic booms in recent years , and maybe the architects of today are getting more creative.

Chesepeak Bay Bridge in Maryland. It's not as beautiful as some of the ones posted but it goes out like a mile and is long as !!. Nicest bridge I've ever been on.

Live in Florida and been over the Skyway billions of times. Lived in San Diego and when I would go to Vegas and back to Florida i would have to go over the Hoover Dam.

And... got family in New York, and two of my ancestors actually BUILT the Brooklyn Bridge. The husband died before it was finished and his wife had to oversee the rest of the job. Lots of bad !! happened during the construction of that !!er.

IMO the Iran and China bridges from the first post are the nicest. Just because I like how they fit with the culture there, the others are cool too though.
