Yeah she was housebound for two decades her kids could of gave her a kale shake for breakfast a fruit smoothie for lunch and grilled chicken brown rice and some greens for dinner if she was really trying to lose weight that's pretty much what i eat m-f and i eat whatever on the (always have a kale shake in the morning tho) and she would of lost hella weight in like 5-6 years she was just lazy and her dumb[..] kids were stupid to keep feeding her junk food...

My kale shake is

celery
garlic
ginger
cucumber
coconut oil
pear or pineapples for taste

fruit shake
grapes
pears
pineapples
apples
oranges

blend them !!s up and drink it so good when you start you will feel the difference iin your body....

I can't feel sorry for lazy people even when i was a fatty i knew it was because of me myself and i not because i was sick or too tired to work out or couldn't find time or whatever excuses fattys use..
