How do you know Mc'Donalds in hiring? You need to face the realization that there ARE NO JOBS FOR PEOPLE TO WORK........thats the problem.......not welfare......the lack of jobs for people to work..........stop going with this played out idea that welfare automatically means lazy people looking for hand outs........for a majority of the people its working as a safety net, not an alternative to working........

What is this rightwing fake news youtube bs?

They're counting foodstamps, medicaid, housing a$sistance, etc. They're pretending that if you have any form of government aid you can't have a job. Places like walmart encourage their workers to apply for foodstamps and government benefits, so they can keep wages low.

If republicans want to complain about people needing government a$sistance they should support a living wage so people don't need it.

These jobs need to pay realistic wages then. You actually think Mcdonalds is going to pay for a family to survive? Absolutely not. At one point, Mcdonald jobs were a job for highschool kids.

Its ridiculous if someone has to work 3 jobs to support a family

I will be the first to admit that there are Americans abusing our welfare system. There are also others who would be homeless and starving without it.

But the true welfare queens in this nation are corporations. So before you start chastizing your fellow Americans for being on some form of government dependency, why don’t we ask why many corporations are the recipients of some form of government handout as well?

all these banks and corporations got bailed with billions of dollars by the government, then the CEO's and executives give themselves millions of bonuses with that money. why doesn't the government bail us the people out instead of those scum bags?r

over the past few months I've applied to literally 100 jobs. only got 1 call back and lead to nowhere, they basically just said we've received your application. no interview no nothing.

Was about to say the same damn thing.

Facebook got over $400 million back from the govt! Republicans aint saying #### about that.

The military bleeds ####in money. We've wasted trillions on the f35 we have bloated tanks that aren't meant to f!ght the "enemies" of today. But they won't say #### about reducing military spending.

Exactly.

There's a lot of people that lost their jobs due to downsizing and factories/businesses closing. Those people that had those jobs are now trying to find work and it's hard as hell.

Even people with that were working highly skilled jobs aren't getting hired in most areas. The companies either don't even attempt to offer them jobs because they're not willing to pay what they're worth, or they offer them a low salary.

This is partially why a lot of college students can't find the job they're looking for. (Ones that have legit degrees. Not creative writing or some ####.) Companies would rather take the person who's got 20 years of experience and pay them the same rate as they would a new college graduate. Financially it's the smarter move on their part. They save the money they would have spent training new people. A lot of the jobs posted online are geared towards attracting those skilled people that are out of work. There's jobs everywhere claiming to be entry level but needs 4-5 years worth of experience.

There's too many people that leech off the system but the system isn't even working for people who want to make an honest living everyday.

Employers who hire migrants typically only hire migrants, they dont extend those same jobs to Americans, and if they do its few and far between.........the problem is not the citizens my dude, its the CEO's and small business owners......they are simply not hiring people.......we should be at thier necks about this, but people want to either blame the government( which does not and can not create jobs) or people who are out of work, meanwhile those who create jobs are caking out of control, and no one says ####....
