How do you know Mc'Donalds in hiring? You need to face the realization that there ARE NO JOBS FOR PEOPLE TO WORK........thats the problem.......not welfare......the lack of jobs for people to work..........stop going with this played out idea that welfare automatically means lazy people looking for hand outs........for a majority of the people its working as a safety net, not an alternative to working........
There's a lot of people that lost their jobs due to downsizing and factories/businesses closing. Those people that had those jobs are now trying to find work and it's hard as hell.
Even people with that were working highly skilled jobs aren't getting hired in most areas. The companies either don't even attempt to offer them jobs because they're not willing to pay what they're worth, or they offer them a low salary.
This is partially why a lot of college students can't find the job they're looking for. (Ones that have legit degrees. Not creative writing or some sh*t.) Companies would rather take the person who's got 20 years of experience and pay them the same rate as they would a new college graduate. Financially it's the smarter move on their part. They save the money they would have spent training new people. A lot of the jobs posted online are geared towards attracting those skilled people that are out of work. There's jobs everywhere claiming to be entry level but needs 4-5 years worth of experience.
There's too many people that leech off the system but the system isn't even working for people who want to make an honest living everyday.
