Does anyone know why google has never really made any improvements to the chat program? I mean this could of been googles version of BBM, and everyone with an android phone already has this pre-installed and already have an account set up, and add in that you can talk to anyone on gmail, G+ or anyone with Gtalk on any other phone, and this could of actually been bigger than BBM, yet they have never made any improvements to it or even advertise this program.

I mean you cant send pics/files, no delivery status update (read, unread), groups etc.. I like that they added video calling, but why not add in some of those other feature to the chat?

It would be smart. I think they're spread too thin now. They'll prolly step their game up once they can calm down all the lawsuits.
Android is to the Iphone what Windows was to the Mac. I trust in our new Windows to deliver.
