it is impossible to describe light/color to a person WITH SIGHT besides pointing at it so logically its impossible to describe to someone without sight...

Not only can light be described to a blind person but medical science is in the preliminary stages of "prescribing" light to a blind person through neural optical implants transmitting signals to the brain such as that the retina would in a seeing capable person's eye.

hell of a time to be living right?

I think maybe if you equate light to the feeling of the sun on their face, maybe they can comprehend it.

no...it is literally impossible to describe light and color....the only way to know it is to experience it....theres a word for that but i completely forgot it....

describing it yes, but they could never visualize, you can descibe waveforms, wether it be sounds clors vibrations ect. they are all the same we just perceive these wave differently. or am i wrong in this belief? all 5 of our senses are just a perception of vibrations..
