No President can magically fix the economy in any amount of terms. The Presidents job is not to run the economy. Once again, where is the separation of STATE and ECONOMY.

Let's see:

Under Article II of the Constitution, the President is responsible for the execution and enforcement of the laws created by Congress.

Voting is still important because you're voting for more than just president. True change begins locally. Just because the electoral college is a sham doesn't mean that you can't get your local house in order. I can understand being frustrated with the process . But encouraging people NOT to vote is just stupid and when you really think about it thats what "they" want you to do . When you get down to it where can you make a bigger difference in the voting booth or on the internet whining and coming up with scenarios and theories ? You will never be able to please everyone and you will never get anything done with this you want this passed and the opposite side automatically votes no , no matter what the issue is .
