He would basically have to be pointing a gun in your face while he said that, and he would have to be saying it for no reason (ie. you are following all of his instructions). For it to be self defense, the threat has to be imminent and shooting officer has to be last resort (basically you are doing everything he says but copper continues to point gun and threaten).

I have the upmost respect for officers, they get ALOT of !! from the public because of the bad police officers. Dudes like this need to be thrown away in jail, how does someone like this get to carry a gun and enforce laws [pic]

I don't know, I think you would have justification before he actually pointed a weapon at you to act, because it's fact that preemptive strikes can count as self defense. If an armed individual literally said I'm going to shoot you, I would draw on him and if he reached for his weapon I would fire. Cop or not.
