Oct 4 - Gas prices in L.A. incredibly high

4.19 2 days ago a 76 gas station close to my house, now it's 4.55. reading some articles that gas prices might hit an all time high. supplies are incredibly low and some gas stations have closed due to not having gas. my friend fills gas from costco and that has closed down for now until they get another shipment. who knows when that will happen.

the article states the costco in simi valley is shut down, but the one in northridge is shut down as well.

Is it now or do we think supplies are low because they tell us that.. West coast gas prices is high because they have been trained to think their prices are normal. Their !! is always higher than the rest of the US and their distance from the shore is shorter than mid America but u have lower prices in texas and even Kansas.. Cali stay getting !!ed on gas and its no reason. They always say supplies is low. !! out of here. I'll believe it when I see gas stations closing down..

dawg its 4.71 for regular unleaded at this one spot down the street. (right off the main freeway)

my chick told me by her work (rich folk territory) its 4.99 for REGULAR UNLEADED.

ridiculous....

i got gas for 4.23 three days ago.... and my !! just ran out.
gonna have to fork over a !!in ridiculous amount of cheese

West Coast gas is high because California enacts more regulation to be green. They don't use the same formula as everybody else. Only oil refineries in Cali can refine the oil to Cali's standards.

I think I paid 4.49 premium a couple days ago and I'm at half right now. I'm dreading the upcoming week because gas is going up every time you turn around.

Same here, it went from 3.93 to 3.89 over the last couple days
