People got to keep things simple. There will always be some form of measurement, so we correlated time with the earth's rotation. Space was never, and probably will never be, a factor.

I don't know how anyone could just dismiss evolution completely....look at how many different races there are just in people....if you believe everything just started off already here at the "push of a button" there would have had to be more than two people to have that much variation...so that makes it obvious enough that things change over time...so given enough time and right conditions it's not so hard to believe the changes would be more radical

sidenote......even today sometimes people are born with tails...so that kind of makes you think

the problem with this will always be conspiracy .... you could have a group of scientist just looking for a name check since nothing major has been discovered in a while.. its nice that discovery has something else to bank on now that they have no more end of the world docs to air.

im no scientist but the missing links between human and ape looks like something more reptilian than primate. and they would find a baby instead something a bit more mature and intact...but whatever ill watch it
